I don't know, buying/selling d2jsp accounts is never a good idea.
But getting it unlocked won't be as easy as paying 15$... I know that much, especially after whoever buys it logs in from another place.

A unlock med will have pmed you that you need to repay 15$ I guess... since you mention that exact number... now combined with it being a 2003 account... how many locked d2jsp accounts will be pending like that right now? Most likely only 1 yes?

Now realize that d2jsp reads this forum... yes your account is worth exactly 0$ because it's mostlikely already flagged... send them the 15$ and they will tell you they can't unlock it. happy
