Offer: fg Iso: someone to gift me an armor and weapon

I would like to know how much fg I would need to pay to have someone purchase a 15k armor and an 11k weapon for me. I know that you can get 1 fg for 800 game gold, so lets say I pay 1fg/700 game gold in bought items, so that would come to around 37fg. I am also to pay for the pgems that these two items require. If any one is interested in buying them for me in exchange for me doing the same later on, that would also work. Thanks.

Note: If its not possible to buy those items for a lvl 1 character, please let me know.
