For some reason my CC keeps getting declined on PS. Someone told me before on the other site it's because of some regulation/law that they passed in the States about Canadian gambling or some shit? No clue but it gets declined.

same, i have other people add money to my account then i have someone cash me out via paypal funds and i send them the PS funds

Yeah something about only place you can gamble is vegas and a casino, no where else, i had some money on ps, tried to join a tourny, said gambling is not allowed in your area, lol so i just have money sitting on there.
