Well If you did play the whole diablo 1 & diablo 2 game you'll like diablo 3.
If you just pass your time practising pvp you will not like it.
Not that pvp wil be crap or so, just no pvp at the begining of the game (yeah you start by pvp o/ ) will make lots of players stop / don't play it.

Just enjoy a new experience, wonderfull cinematics, quite nice graphic and still a hack & slash gameplay.

Trading - Probably not. There is already an auction house in which you can search for specific mods and stats on items to find an item you want. This will be the "trading grounds", I would say.

Diablo 3 will have 4 people max per game.
