we shouldnt let brand new people in yes however having it written in stone may not be the best ether really everyone should be a case by case bases
for example PV = nRT should not be let into the clan however i would be fine with a guy called R = PV/nT joining |

I feel reps do mean something as long as the ppl look to see who reps them Some reps on here from certain ppl should be meaningful,
