I provided a picture of me and my d3jsp name as well as my license. I do remember providing a phone number too but I could be mistaken

I had my paypal email sent to me, an aim email that I only made just for the verification process because I did not have one but was asked for one as well as ID + picture

We took time out of our day to try and find the source here, and there is none.
