true i mean u dont need hacks to play the game  play it oldschool wise
if nething i dont think they should ban people for loaders and maphacks but i do think people with bots and aa and fc and shit like that should be banned b/c that is wats messing the gmae up
maphacks and loaders dont hurt the game at all
ofc i have all these but still lol i really dont think they should be allowed it just takes the fun out of the game really |

That is not entirerly true...as the bottom line states they reserve the right to ban at any time.
My first brian_the_bold account was closed at the end of the .08 season for reson code 4...per blizzard posiable bot / cheats and hacks.. at that time and untill febuary this year i played diablo on an old amd-k6 3 400 mgz comp i built in 1997...it was not capable of running mutipul copys of diablo i did not hack the entire 08 season and out of the blue i got banned...so no they dont need proof...it took me 18 months of harrasing blizzard before i was finaly able to get my main account remade...until that time i could not even remake it...

Expansion keys never get banned btw.
And... accounts are never banned forever. They reset after 3 months of inactivity. You can make it again.

They won't single you out without reason.
You're just a random every day person to them.
Any third party program that has any affect on the game whatsoever, not even directly, is considered banable. |

i dotn use a loader and i got 12 accounts out of my 15 accounts banned only thing that got me banned was redvex b/c every account i got on when i had redvex on was banned
so i dont have ne idea
and my cd key isnt banned i can still get on and play on other accounts and shit its just some of my accounts are royally fucked and yes they warned us for hacks and wat not im reallly just upset with the time i put into the game and all the chars i lost
just imagine 12 accoutns full of fully geard chars
i had 1 of every type of char there is and i onyl have 3 accounts left out of 15  |

Hmm strange my acc on europe (Darkarmy) is banned i think, cuz i get the message " Your account has been closed"
My acc on useast is not banned and my key still work

Hmmm,I dunno, I think any sort of third party program is a hack. If you guys played in 1.08 and 1.09 you know that maphack was allowed then, but later blizzard decided that it was ruining the game, hence the reason why they banned it!
Just play clean
Ouch, one of my cdkeys got disabled...Don't know why though hmmm

but me and gmoney475 use the same ip because we live together,
were both banned.
