I think this is exactly what happens, employers just wait until current employees bring in their friends
and all my resume's are thrown into garbage

this is retarded mate, you cannot find shit, I gave up on finding some good paying jobs in economics field, just trying to find something so I can pay my bills and nothing after 3 weeks of searching

you have a bachelors and you still can't get a fast food job? You must not be doing something right...
I finally got a job as a surgical assistant after 3 months but I had to pursue it like crazy. Email everyone associated with the hiring process to speed things up, give donuts to HR, etc. Getting the interview = sucking up, from there it's up to you. Can't wait til I start med school lol, rl sucks

don't quick working at best buy.
im white, i get a job anywhere i want just walk in and say hi are you hiring. then i start following monday. i have proof, it happened just like that. 3 jobs i had i didn't have to fill out any paper work.
current job making $16 n hour doing nothing but play arcade games on d3jsp. work is completely dead atm.
