Well, I think it is. The ratio for ahr on nl is:

3fg=1hr.

Hoz is about 5-8, so that means 5x3 is 15. Plus a 5/4/4 CTA, which is 5 highrunes right there.

He sold for cheap, just because he was getting rid of his NL stuff.

yeah, but the prices are different, i see lots of people selling faiths on n-l :

7-10 Hrs on d2
40-50 fg on jsp :S

Please always add the realm + all stats of the items.
ed on hoz is '??'
But it doesn't look like a bad trade.
