Runes?

What are they and how are they used? I've found a Jah, El, and Sol and have no idea wtf to do with them, or how to even see them.

you take them to jabellez's runes or something close to that at D3JSP HALL.The NPC there lets you combine the runes for different effects such as increase max hp,exp,gold and other effects.The outcome of the combination always changes just so you know and you can only combine up to 3 times per game day

u take them to d3jsp hall and give them to jezzibell and she gives u gems/gold/turns, whatever.
