s/a is better at the bottom, we don't need trash posted at the top it's just not good.
Kinda like driving to a new state and the 1st town you come to has all the criminals in it and the jail is there and people are walking in and outta court and someone see's all the offenders.. s/a is kinda a dark zone where all the bad guys are posted.
The forums most wanted list on the top ? nah I think not it's not too inviting.

Well most people cant find s/a,... I know that sounds stupid but if there new and they just got scammed.. Where would you look? Towards the top, where the rules and help section is, or down towards battlefield :O?
I'd go for the top. IMO |

"trash posted at the top" - We have some random forum that has nothing to do with anything at the top (The seasons one, or whatever it is now)
Move the seasons forum to the battle grounds category
and put S/A at the top
It WILL reduce repeat scams.

i say move it to the top and make it bold. and anyone who posts there as spam gets instant warning. only person say this person scam me and the scammer can post and whichever mod takes action on it.

i really have no opionon on where to locate the s/a forum
though i agree with ya on moving the seasons forums down near the battlefield
