Who plays poker stars for $$ or is thinking about it but is scared?

I have lost $100 on poker stars due to not being on a team.

I want to do a $10 deposit saturday and play from 9:30am to 12:30pm then from 2:30 to 5:30 PST.

I want to first start off doing $10 deposit and play something like the $1 or whatever it was double or nothing. do that till at $20. then play 1 game of the $10 double or nothing. if win play again till around 60+ if lose a game of $10 double or nothing no matter what switch to low ball $1 double or nothing. Double or nothing games are the easiest of all of them to play to win $$. the trick is there is 10 player and you just want to be top 5. knock out 5 player and you win.

its 1 table of 10 people as soon as 5 people lose and leave boom the top 5 win. the $1 game i believe is a $1.10 buy-in then winners get $2. there are $1, $2, $5, $10 and $50.

I want to work from $10 doing small games like $1 double or nothing games till higher then slower go up in games till able to play some $50 buy-in double or nothing. the $50 buy in is $50+$2. sucks having to pay $2 more to get into it and if you win you win $100 but for real you only win $48 if you think about it and if you lose to you lose $52 bucks


I am hoping to get a team. the more the better but we can't do more than 3 or 4 people per double or nothing table due to I don't want to have 5 people here at the table and say someone bets and loses then its down to 4 of use vs them. the person who loses will get mad. i know cause i was super pissed when I lost the $50 double or nothing game.


please post if you want to play and team up and work together. we will do like when playing for fun here for fg. iso 1s for who is ready. then someone calls out the game table then we join it. cool thing is 10 people per table and if we only have 3 people me and 2 more it will be easy to seat at the same table.

we do not challenge each other. we only try to knock off the other people so that way us as a team can win and get money...

and 1 thing. you have to be of age and have to do the deposit yourself. i will help you step by step on how. but i am not giving any money out. if i can get 2 people to team up with me and turn my $10 deposit into $100 then i will don8 to my team members a little and maybe give $5 to those who want to join us who can't afford it or whatever.

I have done 1 deposit on FTP of $10 and was ahead at $15 and went to cash out $5 so if I lost the $10 at least I cashed $5 but FTP doesn't let you cash out pretty much, gotta get to like $50 or $100 to be able to cash out and I havn't found any double or nothing games on FTP.

On PS I did around 5 or 6 deposits. I can prove this if people don't believe me. Just S/S of my bank account of each deposit. I want a chance to win my $$ back and have to do as a team to do this. I will only be playing double or nothing games.

i am still iso more people to team up with me in case ThC and his friend arn't able to get on. also will need more back up team mates for other days i play. i don't want to play alone again. I can do the $1 double or nothing no problem cause i don't stress and worry if i lose cause its only a buck. but no matter how much i have when i play 10 or more i stress and try to bluff too much and lose.


i lost a $50 double or nothing game. oh my god did i want to kick myself in the you know what. and because i lost $100 on PS and I spent $200 on a nitro powered rc car - "Ofna MBX comp" search it so you know what it is. I had 1 check bounce and my electric bill gave me an over draft fee. but I just dropped a 600 paycheck 2 days ago and a 280 paycheck today. i am ready to come back and get all those people who arn't on my team.


i want to win my money back to break even then work my way up so i can take some time off from work. I only work 20-30 hours a week. but I make between 320 to 480 a week. $16 an hour.

I am a Data Control Specialist. HAHA!!! I been with this company since late 2002. I started at $10 as a Data Entry and now I do Data Entry when we are backed up which is only at end of year. Mostly I am just Data Control Specialist, and I run reports all day. I work between a 3 hour day to as long as a big 6 hour day. haha. and I eat lunch on the clock and get paid for it. I listen to music, play on here, play arcade games...

god. life couldn't be anymore funnier. oh wait. I could play PS at work. that would make it more fun. Im talking to my boss about downloading it and playing it on my down time when we catch more up on work. We had around 20 reports due the past 2 weeks. I think we only have about 3 to 5 reports left. I finished the last one that was ready today. but tommorow. ug. gotta work from 9am till around 2 or 3pm.

Saturday I have off and my wife will be at her job. She works in a pharmacy. She is a tech there. She says she likes it one day then hates it the next. but whatever. I told her once the owner of business dies Im gonna take it over. We have over 50 clients. and I only need 3 clients to make enough money to pay the bills any more than that and it will be extra money.

we have 2 owners of the business. they both make 6 digit income each. think about that and smoke it. My mom and I work for the company and were planning on taking it over once the guy owner dies. Once that happens 3 clients we will make enough to pay bills we are thinking of keeping 5 big ones and a couple small ones. maybe 10. Then we only have to work a couple months a year and can both make between 30k to 90k a year and not have to work unless its time for reports. haha.

i told my wife if and when this happens ill let her quit her job and go back to school and find a new career. and after she finds and gets it. ill do mine and go back to college. i have no college xp. only high school grad. haha. shows how far you can get in life without any college xp. haha. and i can't read or spell. i have 4th grade reading level and about mid college lvl math skills. haha.

ill practice up on poker and if i fell i still got it(never did so ill really have to learn) ill join. But before that happens i need a 100% honest answer for you... is this illegal in anyway? its kind of like tipping the odds in your favor and before signing up for this (since it is based on real $$ and when real $$ is involved so can police be) i want to make sure there is no way i will be fined, jailed, recorded, watched, or any other bad thing.
Answer this and ill start practicing right away. I also have a couple friends that play poker at local bars and casinos who would probably dig this idea if its legal.

holy crap. ya that reminds me of someone. oh ya. my wife. 2 freaking credit cards at 30%. both were at 2500. we transfered them onto my name on my bank credit card for half the % rate. we have a total of 6 credit cards. and i owe another 7 for misc bull crap. car repairs. trading in a car cause insurance was too high.

between the 2 of us we owe around 16k.

heres how it looks

7k don't know interest rate. its shared with my mom and she won't let me touch the card, thank god.

the way im gonna pay it them off is by the % higher first then lower.

so working on the top 2 of 30%

then with tax refund gonna do the 1400 at 24%

then gonna save my 700 at 6% for last cause interest is like 4 bucks a month mini payment being 15.

i am planning for the top 3 to be gone by or before june this year.

then for the 2 big ones on the bottom im planning to just do my payments maybe double payments and next year tax refund going to the 1500.

im saving the 5k and 700 for last cause they are lowest % rates. i will do double payments on the bottom 3 when the top 3 are taken care of.



oh by the way. i lost the freeroll eight grand freeroll thing. got like 6k place. bull crap. i had ace 10 suited diamonds. flop was 2 10s. and a heart something. next 2 cards were hearts and the guy won cause he had K something hearts.

iso someone to team up with me on double or nothing. im gonna do deposit in a sec. i am printing this thing i downloaded on tips, tricks, and help on how to play poker. im gonna read it and see if it works. they say by reading and understanding you can make $45 an hour in winnings.

i didn't get to play as much as i wanted to. but I did $10 deposit and currently at $10.20. I am going to be playing 2 to 4 games at once at a time everyday after work monday-friday.

if anyone wants to join me to try to earn some money lmk. if playing teams ill play double or nothing. if by myself I play .25 buy in of eiter 45 or 90 people. i did 2 .25 yesterday at same time. i lost 1 at like 10 or 12th place and didn't get anything. the other one i got 3rd place and got something like $1.85. Because its such a small buy-in and the people were soo easy to read on bluff or the real deal fold or lose. you buy-in less and win more.

I played $1 buy in with .15 fee. and lost. if i won i would have got $2 but really thats only .85 profit. if i only played the 2 .25 games i would have won a profit of like 1.35 due to .50 buy-in for 2 games together.

also if you do small buy-in like that you have more chances. I have $10 and .25 buy-ins if i lost every single buy-in thats like 40 games. so even if i dont think ill ever win and the fact poker stars is rigged. you have to watch out for early a/i manics. they most likely are crazy or cheaters. i could get at least 40 games and the one i played i was in the game for 2 hours. so even if i lose it all at least ill have fun doing it and learn my lessons.


i have 2 books on tips and stragy on how to play poker and turn poker into a profitable game and make enough money to where you dont need a job except to make your first deposit. haha.

im gonna sell these books if anyone wants them. its normally like a grand total of $300. they sell them for around $50-70 now. ill sell them $5 a book. there is 2 books. 1 is like 31 pages the other was i think 40 pages. another with a microsoft excel file that can help you track your ins and outs and how much your making an hour if you started playing this like a job.
