when i click on the repuation tab i see the thumbs up and down but when i click it nothing happens. maybe i cant give rep?

yea... but thet only tumbs up and down i see have +1 or -1 etc and when i click those i get nothing i gotta be doing it wrong here ill take a ss and show u what i doin
