go to yahoo. Type in Runescape Tips and click on first link you see... Not sure whats its called but its first one and it has Maps for everything

you get in by using the ladder that's hidden by the Z on MAGE OF ZAMORAK.But you'll need a key to get into that room and only phoenix gang members can get the key and the second half of the shield from Phoenix headquarters(marked by dungeon symbol and is 2 rooms away from the weapons store room

donno... go to runeHQ and go to maps then just look for it there... thats how i found it...
