Franck Kessie who was formerly part of Serie A but now at Barcelona in LaLiga which is an intriguing card but seems expensive for the value you'll get, particularly considering Barca's inconsistent form. Federico Valverde's player of the Month SBC was released a few days later and is a more suitable location to place any duplicate fodder. It takes the ability to finish it more well.
What's the process behind FIFA 23 Ones to Watch work? Ones to Watch has been adjusted over time as - whisper it - it was not very great and the majority of cards became useless pretty quickly. It's not exactly spectacular, but it is certainly superior to what it used be.
The principle can be that athletes who were transferred during the summer time can be picked for Ones to Watch, meaning they get a special card designed and then released via packs, Squad-Building Challenges , and/or Objectives. If they are able to secure an in-form (Team of the Week) card for their new team, their Ones to Watch is automatically upgraded to reflect their improved stats.
This is what's known in FUT terminology as a "dynamic card', meaning that it could change in response to things outside of the game. However, the majority of OTW players didn't have an in-form (adapting to an entirely new club can be difficult unless you're Erling),
Last year, EA changed the way OTW cards work by adding the 'Wins to Watch' feature. Because this is a (weird) World Cup year, FIFA 23's Ones to Watch cards will also receive the possibility of a 'Nations to Watch upgrade.
