Updated D2Kolbot for Diablo II Resurrected Credits: Kolton;

We updated the pointers for Kolbot to properly run with Diablo II Resurrected, the source was given to me by Noah~
You can now run D2R with kolbot, the launcher has changed to accommodate D2R

Follow the instructions in the readme.

Kolbot
this name is better known than others, even it is just a part of d2rbs (diablo 2 r botting system) which contain 3 distinct components:

D2RBS - core
D2RBot# - manager (C#)
kolbot - script library (JS)
use the master(trunk) branch

If you want to contribute to kolbot code, make sure you use ESLint options for kolbot code or JSLint options for kolbot code for final polish.

Install dependencies - do this first!
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (or higher)
