I would advise purchasing from this seller. Two days after purchase his account was locked and banned, then shortly after my forum gold was taken back by the forum gold bank for "illegal purchase".
Avoid the possibility of getting your account locked and wasting your money and opt for a different seller, I wish I had..

I also contacted him and he said that he will not give my money back unless I send him the forum gold that was taken from me due to his account being discovered for mass amounts of gold sold

Let me quote my own post from other site, because you also posted there:

We are giving time period of 14 days to return goods purchased from us - in that case you get full refund of payment, taxes and additional payments are being covered by D3Jsp Gaming.

Out of over 40 customers in last two weeks, including around 10 d3jsp users only your account has been locked. Im sorry to write you this again here in public but:
- Using sites: d2jsp and d3jsp at the same time, without any additional protection taken by you is the easiest and almost guaranteed way to lose forum gold on d2jsp. Why? d2 is fighting fg trades on its newer equivalent, d3jsp. As I have seen, you have not mentioned fact of using d3 by yourself at all.
- By not taking any additional way of protection I dare to say that your actions may have caused one of my supplier accounts on d2jsp to be locked, and other customers accounts to be put in danger of getting lock too!
- I can assure you that D3Jsp Gaming is not a random seller with no common sense! We have developed rather complicated and unique systems of trades which are protecting us even more than enough. In that way we have no problems with refunds from any other customer.

As I wrote in conversation with you, your situation lookis kinda like this: purchasing new pc gaming set, but using it under the shower! It may sound ridiculous but you cannot expect people who have sold you it to refund cash paid by you.
