How to get Unlocked on D2JSP

I recently was gold locked on my main account for selling FG. I had a secondary account that was made in 2010 and began using it when my main was locked.

Less than a week later they locked my secondary account, but there's been no suspicious activity on the account, just legitimate FG trades (no FG selling/buying).

Now, a Mod PM'd my secondary account accusing me of selling FG. Should I just admit to it, and if so what should I say?

What is the best way to get my account unlocked?
