There is this valk, that my friend wants me to trade for him, it is 123 defence, and i dont have a way to get the Ilvl's of the helm, so i was woundering that since it does not have a soc in it at all, or not even an open soc, does that give it a higher chance of being permed?...

even though my friend has had for 2 years? and his friend had for a while before him?...
I Have been there for over 500 games, of botting with it on, and then i have also had it on my sorc for several baal runs...

you have to be in a same server as someone else who has the same item id number, so it is possible that you get lucky. it is also possible that ur valk be perm, but dupes really are everywhere, and nobody really is safe
