i bid on this thing and no one else ever bidded on it. so i won it at the price he as asking. 19.99 + $8 for shipping.
well he put mailed on 2/2/10 but didn't give tracking number.
2 weeks went by and i didn't get the item. so i did a dispute on it and the guy didn't reply. so i step it up to a claim. i just received the item on friday i believe. is real nice. i just installed it saturday.
well he has till today to reply back on this otherwise i will get full refund thx to paypal.
sure i mean i paid for the item of $27.99 but i am getting it back today.
if you need an item try to buy it from hong kong. they are dumb there. just becareful you don't run into one of them that does reply. i did. and i had to keep the item and pay for it, which is ok cause i needed it and i saved 50% of normal store cost.
search an item you want say for example i want an OFNA .32 motor. i have the stock .26 and .28 is on its way but i want a .32 cause its top of line for my buggy.
ok. so i search it.

so find something you want but best if out of the country. hong kong so far they have been to stupid to stand up.
ok so you see the item. best if its bid not buy-now. bid it and win. then pay for it via paypal. wait a week. oh i forgot. you need to write them an e-mail before you bid on it to see if they reply and how well in english it is. if they don't reply bid the item. and pay for it. then wait a few days. like the following monday. write an e-mail and ask how long till ill get this. then wait till wed-friday. then write again saying have you mailed this item yet.
then wait till saturday or sunday then put it on claim dispute. but just do the 1st step and put it on dispute to where you and the guy can talk. and wait between 3-5 days with it like that. if they don't post anything on it. then take it to next step of dispute claim. you will have to wait a little longer to get the money.
i bid on the item on like 1/31 and he put in mail on 2/2 and i just got it on 2/19. i did dispute on 2/10 and stepped it up on 2/12. today is his last chance. he has never replied back yet to one e-mail or anything. if he doesn't even say 1 thing at all then paypal will refund me the money and i will have got this item for free.

i was lucky enough that i put it on dispute before i got the item and he hadn't reply or anything i put bad rep on him and said im never buying from hong kong again. they never reply and takes too long to get items sometimes don't get any items.
then within 24 hours he left me a good rep that i was a great ebayer A++++. haha.
got a good rep, and a free item that i needed. wish i could get a spare or upgraded motor free like this but have to find one out of america. don't screw with each other in america fokes. we only have each other. _________________
