close on most this jess,
in the settings u can choose to view ur runes on the main screen. select to see them.
only thing u can do with the runes is take them to jezzebelles shop in d3jsp town, u can get her to use them solo or combine two for better things, she will give u +atk or +def or max life perm or gold/gems or experience its all random. if u combine two it gives better stuff. _________________
