In these pictures, I have:
Laptop that was given to me to fix and keep, Dell Inspiron 1440 series (junk lol)
Xbox Phat (Original bought on release day, still works)
Xbox Slim (Bought a month ago)
46" RCA LCD TV
My Gaming Desktop that I built 6/21/2011, first computer ever assembled, took a total of 4 hours to build
Philips Mini Audio System C-577
Logitech X-530 Computer Speakers
ASUS MS238H Monitor (Used for Phat Xbox via HDMI)
Various other random things, as you'll notice, like Monopoly <3 lol
I don't have many recent pictures of the inside of my computer, so I'll include older ones before I re-ran the cables and zip tied them and hid them, warning, they're scary!
Parts list for my desktop, I'm sure I missed a few minor things, but oh well.

That's no ordinary poster my friend, it's a vinyl 6x3 banner.
I got it on my last day of work at Walmart, it wasn't going to be used, so when I was done working my shift, I took it home with me.
Same with the MW3 one, and the two big posters I haven't hung yet.

Sadly, it's all the space I have here.
I gave up my apartment which I was the only one that lived there, to move in with my step sister to help her afford her house.

I'll give you 8/10 (only because I don't have a game room so shit I can't talk a lot of crap, and you got guitar hero + drum setup = win.)
However if I did, it'd look much better. The background without all the games and shit looks like a mom or grandmas house, lol.
Pacman poster was the only one I truly liked, the rest make it look like a virgin cave xD.

It's my step-sisters house, and I don't have a lot of options, lol.
I moved in here after giving up an entire apartment that I had to myself to help her afford the house.
I agree it's all grandma looking though, if I could, I'd tear down this ugly wallpaper and paint the room. :S
