If I got diffrent IP I can make as much Accs as I want?

What to do to not get disabled?

Download Ccleaner ,
remove all cache , cookie , saved password etc ...
Change your ip

make new account , wait 10 mins
don't post in BNP or bet section or it is instant ban if it is your first post .
Post in diablo II or diablo III trading forum , wait 1 days and you should be fine

With proxy is no problem, I got diffrent Ip, I use Livebox.

About Ccleaner, I downloaed it and used for like 15 days now my pc is slowly etc.

Where can I download ccleaner again?

ccleaner shouldnt slow your pc
and besides with livebox if your ip is yy.uu.ooo.xx and your box only change the .xx
njaguar can do a ip ban range

My Ip is now

xxx.xxx.x.xx

I use d2JSp acc which made me my friend from other country and I use it for like 5 days.
