You'd be surprised. People will scam for any amount of money. I've seen $1.50 scams before, it's sad.

When i will call paypal the will limited all his account , wich mean he cant sent anymore payments.
Paypal will get your ip kids.
Im also going to contact your local police . its 5$ i dont care but its fraud and dont want you to steal more and more. |
