For a witness in the trade. I Teamview FG vs. $ trades and record/screenshot them at the same time.

So with a witness with credibility and reputation, it's a lot easier for the newer members to have assistance in getting the scammer locked/tagged.

You can charge back no matter what you send it as. It's up to you in trusting the user not to be a dickhead and charge back.
