ok so rukia gives ichigo shinigami powers but loses them because byakuya takes them away
and he trains with urahara to be a shinigami again?

so ichigo was already destined to be a shinigami with his own powers rukia giving him powers was just a coincidence?<<< this is the main question

Yes, he would have gotten shinigami powers even if he had never met Rukia.

he always had them but they were hidden and deep withen him

when she gave them to him his other powers made him get more of her powers then she meant to give him

then when bakkura broke his chain he only broke the powers she gave him but didn't break his originial powers

They were hidden in his soul, unless he try to reveal them, they should have stay hidden.
