Note Notification?

When a Moderator gives you a Note instead of a Warn, I think It should notify you via PM like the Warn PM. You get notified when you get a Warn, It should be the same with a Note.

Somebody is viewing your profile
Somebody is viewing your rep
Somebody has just bookmarked your topic
2x notifications if a mod is viewing any of the following up there
3x if its an admin viewing any of the following up there
Somebody just beat your highscore in arcade
Somebody just killed you in LOGD
When someones invited you to a some chess match
When someone has replied in your bookmarked topic
when someone has replied to your thread

Also send an email to our emails

@OP - I would like that, but if it doesn't get added, staff can start pming people whenever we add a note.
