Secondly, I need a way to completely and safely preserve these accounts.

when purchasing a new account your are at your own risk when it comes to you logging into it Due to A ip scan that can occur

So with that being said you are never 100% sure that you will be able to keep the account.

I use mine all over the country, i even use it in the states, Never a problem, he'll be fine.
