On d2jsp how long after account made can you post?

I made my account this morning and i was wondering how long i needed to wait before i could make a post.

the people at d2jsp are power hungry douches.. I mean they first off ripped everyone off with their bot. Charged everyone 25$ and called it a donation. Then just take bot off site. And now they ban or disable your account for the smallest shit. They feel like hey our site is badass so people have to earn being on this site. And then they have their favorites.. The longer time members who the mods know can get away with anything they want. Ive never seen such a corrupt forum
