Which one is better?
Also can you guide me on how to make an account / sending/receiving money on the better one?

I tried making a western union account and its all messed up. Cant login anymore, i exceeded the limit on secret password etc...
Also there was a like 2-4 day that they mail me a verification code to verify my account.. wtf ?

You don't need an account for Western Union unless you wanna send/receive $ online.

Just go to your nearest gas station/grocery store and you can send or pick up money there.

I prefer Western Union over anything.
