How can i get rid of IPban on d2?

I have got an ip ban on d2 i been trying to connect to d2 europe realm for like 1 week now.. not letting me (You have disconnect blabla) when i try connect with Stealthbot's it says you appear to be ip banned blabla. How can i get rid of this, is there any ways instead of waiting?

If u cant tell me free, i can pay some money if i can get on to the person that helped

just change your ip thats a sure fire way to get rid of an ip ban.....
