When I start up D2 my computer changes it's "style" and my taskbar changes color n shit...and this makes it take longer for D2 to open since my computer sucks.

How do I change it so it's always on this setting, so it doesn't have to change when I start D2?

D2 has to run in x256 colours.
Running in window mode will make it start instantly, otherwise you will have to permanently change your display settings to display in that mode.

google to change aero to vista home basic (aero makes it laggy)
it will go a lot faster

Too bad I already play in window mode, it changes from a light black color start bar to a dark black color....I wanna know how to KEEP it the dark black so it doesn't have to change everytime I want to run D2
