Why does no one use the live chat?

I checked out d3jsp's live chat, it looks pretty awesome.

It's much better than the d2jsp IM system they recently brang out, how come no ones uses this?

I think Basi is right. Everyone uses the shoutbox instead, because the shoutbox is awesome.

becuz i think there are diff time zones shoutbox <live chat
