i see everyone has rep.. how can i get it and how do i give it?

You get it by being around for more than a week, and doing good trades.

You give it when you reach 25 posts to whoever you choose, someone who trades you and is gm normally.

It's not only about trades. You can get reps for various stuff f.e. being helpful. You can also buy reps for FG. If you're doing trades, check the reps of the user you want to trade with, beware if he has got a scammer rep.
