those stripes are cool but they doesn't really fit in to the background

this is like step one lol.
i did this real quick last night while chilling with some friends, and wanted feedback on what could be added or subtracted, and so far.. and i havent changed the text, only because we dont actually have a band name lmao. I think changing the typography into a more drawn graffitti style thing would work nicely. ive added texture to the background and got rid of the gay smokey cloudyness on the right side. to replace it and add texture, i copied the arrow layer and smudged it a bit to create like a backdrop for it. then added some slight brick texture... ill upload an updated version sometime.. its far from done. but i want some ideas

thank you for your input mi amigo
i will definitely give it a shot, i had to put this on the back burner because they threw me into multiple 6 credit courses this month for school. so i am busting my ass lol. but as soon as i get enough free time to sit down and feel artistic i will mess with it.
what would you suggest instead of the mosaic thing? i think it kind of ties it in and gives it a slight graffitti look.
