Rep means a little but common sense is best. Check who repped them. Lions has 7 rep but are any of those people legit ??
I mean cmon now a 2011 user with a bunch of rendom reps from people that are new too? barely anyone likes to give first what makes you think they sent him shit upfront but would deny older more reputable users..

Never send mass cash or fg upfront to anyone if somebody denies small amounts its because they dont want to get banned for scamming only a small amount.
