I have played all the past ones and defeated all of them so I want to know if it is worth getting the next installment right away.

I have played almost all of their games, starting from

Red Alert
Red Alert 2
Tiberian Sun and expansion
Yuri's Revenge
C&C Generals and expansion
Renegade
...etc

The graphics look really nice, I think its worth a try!

Zero hour is the expansion to generals but yeah they all have been pretty sick so far.
Damn no I going to have to go it and bounce back and forth between CC3 and Diablo2

there's cheats!? where u get the cheats from? command & conquer games usually dont have cheats lol

cheats are lame to use. just finding different tricks to advvance yourself is the way to go like the spies in Yuri's revenge creating different things

Tiberium Wars

and the oldest c&c game is called simply "command & conquer"
it is the prequel to Tiberian Sun. Tiberian sun is the 3rd C&C game
