It cannot be open Bnet, if it was open Bnet then it would have had Aquaphire@USEast in the whisper or no character name at all in the screenshot.

As for other realms, the chances are highly unlikely. It requires a certain amount of effort and data collecting that I don't see connecting altogether.

The person who posted that screenshot was SNP. Let's assume that it was indeed SNP who attempted to set-up Ben. (I'm only assuming this because SNP is French and the screenshot is in French D2)

He would have to get some retard friends to do this with him, I don't know who his friends are but let's assume he did recruit some people stupid enough:

1. Aquaphire name and account. Unless I remember wrong, the name Aquaphire on d3jsp does not belong to the account Aquaphire.
2. Assume it is a private server, there is the chance that the name "Guarantee" is taken already.
3. I've searched some private servers, most of them have 0 players or have their own modifications, e.g. server name display, modified graphics, etc. That screenshot does not seem to belong into that category. And to find a working private server takes some time, is someone like SNP who just wants to spam dumb garbage willing to do that? Possible but unlikely.
4. We don't know the date on that screenshot (it is likely to be old as in taken not recently), all we know is that its name is "screenshot608" (take away the "lv6" that imageshack added. This means that it was the 608th screenshot SNP has taken, would he have taken that many screenshots on a private server?
