where are good tele grab spots?

Also I'm ISO game gold

Theres is not really such place as good tele grab spot. See, ursually the law rune cost more then the stuff you tele grab or it spawns just way too slow, or it's way too remote..

Only acctuarl place tele grab is useful nowadays is some quests and possibly the caged demon is the wizzard tower if it drops a rune med.. Theres some caged members monsters too with such drops..

Game gold.. Theres plenty of ways to get game gold.. Im not sure what you had in mind.. If you wanted to train some skills in the mean time or just mke it simpel.. Earning game gold is pretty much how much you have when you start, and what levels you have..

And this place you speak of Nick.. Is that the island with nature runes spawn, if so, I'd like to mention that law runes (290 gp each) are expensivier then natures (232 gp each).

And beside.. Theres better ways to train mage + getting money then telegrab..
