często tak mam ostatnimi czasy, kilka dni pośpię i potem następuje przeskok i nie śpię całą noc, żeby potem spać do oporu cały dzień.

no kawa musi być :+) kiedyś miałem takie zdanie, że z kawy i z zioła nie zrezygnuję nigdy.. zioła już nie palę :+)
