I recently started playing Among Us Online, and I find it really fun — both entertaining and surprisingly strategic. Since it’s the web version, I’ve run into some questions, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

Questions I’m Curious About

As an Impostor, how do you fake tasks convincingly without being too obvious?

When the crew spreads out too much, what’s the best way to stay safe as a crewmate?

Which map do you think is the hardest to play, and why?

Does the web version have any major differences compared to the official game (features, maps, player limits)?

A Few Tips I’ve Tried

Watch the timing of movements between tasks — if someone takes too long without a reason, it can be suspicious.

Stick with groups when possible as a crewmate to reduce the risk of being taken out.

During discussions, ask specific questions instead of general ones — “Who did you see near electrical?” works better than “Who’s suspicious?”

If you’re an Impostor, use dark corners or less-visited areas to escape sabotage or elimination.
