Kiedy uda mi się przystopować z alkoholem, nie to, żeby mi to jakoś szczególnie przeszkadzało, wszak piję setkę raz na kilka dni, ale według niektórych, to może być już problem. W międzyczasie z miesiąc nie piję i po takim długim czasie po prostu mam ochotę się fest napierdolić. Z zioła czy kresek było łatwiej zrezygnować jakoś.

ja pilem ale przestalem nie ze zle bo fajny bialy monsterek bez cukru i dwie puchy na lebka z rana ale za drogo w chuuj a ten pre workout juz mam dwa tygi i jest w chuj wiecej fajnych substacji i kofeiny tez 2 razy wiecej na jeden serving niz w puszce energola a jedna pucha tego preworkout ma 45 servingow wiec sie oplaca w chujbardziej briggrin

Ja tam przestałem to pić, bo mi po prostu przeszło :~) nigdy nie byłem tego wielkim amatorem.

ja tez mi tez przeszlo i chuj ale uzaleznilem sie od kofeinki i tolerancja mi sie niezla zrobila potrafie w jeden dzien 5 500ml energoli wypic kazdy po 160mg puszka i zyje ciagle dlatego kupilem sobie pre work out powder tutaj duzo i tanio

Ja piłem maksymalnie 1 dziennie i to też co kilka dni w ostatnich miesiącach tamtego roku.

tak sie sklada, ze od 3 lat utrzymuje sie z tak lub nie oby. nie jest tego wiele, bo srednio 3-3.5k miesiecznie. zapytacie jak to robie? nie odpowiem, bo to tajemnica xD dlatego nie pytajcie
