I'm looking for an online game tracker that keeps track of games inside of etal or kolbot and post the game details / time etc online, html / php whatever.
If you have any information on how it works also let me know, i don't mind paying good

Yeah just displays what ever game the leader joins, and automatically updates when he joins the next game. Just the basic stuff really. Character name / level. Even the number of slots left in game (1/8) would be cool
design is not a problem, just functionality at this point

I'll start playing around with my kolbot and look into it. I would charge 5k fg for this project. Only because getting it to update to a web server is going to take some work. How often does it need to update?

updating would be easy  if u get it write to a file, then make a php parser read from that file. then just have a auto ftp upload that file every let says 25secs, then the php parser just reads from that file on every f5/reload of the page 
example a user on d2jsp has already got a decent php parser of his items
