user recharged the $$ that he sent me for items via d2

i have ALL screenshots needed, comfirmation of his name/paypal/saying that his sent the $ and recieved the items

jus letting yas know, gonna ring paypal up now

Doesn't matter, you're just wasting your time calling paypal. The fact that sellers of virtual goods are unprotected is clearly written on their website. Also if you've received the payment as "gift" that is also in violation paypal's rules because "gift" are for you to send money to family members, not for selling to avoid taxes/paypal fees.
