how to make necro bot stay on top of baal?

i need my bot to stay on top of baal so my summons and merc stack on him but when baal moves my bot teleports a short distance away rather than back on top of him

i've tried reducing the range on my attack to force the bot on baal but that messes with everything not just baal

i do not have dodge enabled

any ideas?
