So I think i was banned because of multis..? I stopped playing d2 for almost a year now and want to come back but everytime i make a jsp account it gets banned. How can i make one without proxy and without it getting banned?

Gotta get proxies or VPN's. Orcall your ISP and ask them to change your IP.

Otherwise you will always be insta-banned making new d2jsp accounts.

Yes if you cannot create a brand new one u cannot use a bought one
