how to multi on d2jsp?

looking to start trading again and my main account is locked for the most idiotic reason.

i need a way that doesn't involve chaning my ip because i've already tried several times, including calling att.

First off you need a brand spanken new ips
alot of internet providers offer a dynamic ip or static
static means u only have 1
dynamic which might cost a lil bit more u can simply unplug your router and get a fresh ip
clean all personal data out of ur browser cookies cache ect
then ur done
dont use similiar emails names on new accnt dont rush into buying orbs n shit
last but not least make a whole new profile on ur computer and name it something different

Will this force me to download all my programs/games over again on that profile?

also; i've already called ATT and they're charging me to change my ip.

unplugging my router didn't help also

either a : pay and change ip
or b : pay and use a proxy

then clear all browser settings / cookies etc EVERYTHING create new password with new email etc and make sure to not act weird on the forums.
