i do them. my prices are as follows:

10 referrals - $10
25 referrals - $20
50 referrals - $30
100 referrals - $50

all money is required to be paid before the job is started.

im not sure if anyone else does them. i know that alot of people recently lost their rewards, but they only took what you didnt spend. anyone who bought sale skins or champs plus skin bundle got to keep them. also anyone who hit a minimum of 50 referrals kept medieval twitch and grey warwick.
