You wont get scammed by an Administrator.
You sent the money to the wrong person or did something wrong.
If you did all things right (in your opinion) then wait and be patient.
If you mean someone in the worldwide interwebz.. no one here can help you!

You can also get a user that is trusted by both sides to mediate
or a mediator to use a teamviewer and watch both parties perform the trade
anything goes wrong = party at fault gets instantly locked/banned/scammer tagged
until re-payed.
