How do u make a defense map

start by downloading an editor like scm draft 2//sc extra editor//etc.
configure unit stats (balance them)
add your own triggers
lay out the terrain and doodad
when finished download and use a map protector like proedit

i would say use scmdraft2 for most of it, and extra editor for finish touches, thats how i do it, but be careful with scmdraft2, its a little buggy and crashes sometimes, so save often

Just download a decent editor,
unprotect the map
and look at the triggers
